Catherine Heartsong is a licensed massage
therapist with over fifteen years experience of personal body work, 300+
hours of post-graduate training in clinical/sports massage and 75 hours
of Upledger Institute training in CranioSacral Therapy. She is
nationally certified and holds state licenses in both Washington and
Oregon states.
Catherine graduated with honors from Ashmead College of Massage and
later became an instructor of Kinesiology as well as a Supervisor for
the Ashmead Student Clinic. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Psychology from WSU where she was a teaching assistant to Dr. Michael
Morgan. With her background in pre-med, anatomy and physiology sciences
she has a wealth of knowledge and a keen understanding of the human body
allowing her to apply her unique skills as an experienced muscle injury
massage specialist.
Currently, Catherine is a participating member of the local AMTA using
her knowledge and experience to support and encourage other massage
therapists.
